- Duty Manager: The Carlton Hotel Kinsale is currently seeking applications for the position of Junior Duty Manager. Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel The main responsibility will be Food and Beverage, so it is essential that you have relevant experience in this area. The ideal candidate will be a vibrant enthusiastic individual who will work well both in team situations and as an individual to achieve set projects. He/She will have the ability to motivate those around him/her in a demanding environment. Prior experience with Optimus and Best Practice is desirable, though not essential.
