Partake in our signature Ogra peat treatments. This peat treatment and unique experience is quite new to Ireland and the rest of Europe, however the peat has been around for over 9000 years. The peat that we use in our treatments is actually from the bogs of Ireland; containing over 200 organic ingredients that benefit our entire body and wellness. Peat can be used for beauty treatments as it’s so rejuvenating, moisturising and anti-aging while also amazing for reducing cellulite and muscle fatigue. Peat is extremely effective for increasing our lymphatic drainage which is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system. 

At Aphrodite Hills we use peat in conjunction with hot and cold stones. The heat from the stones helps the body absorb the ingredients more effectively and the cold stones are amazing for any areas of tension.

Reinvigorate the skin with an elemis skin specific facial, these facials are customised to every client.  Elemis facials offer luxury with results that last. Your skin will be nourished and rejuvenated with natural plant collagens and essential oils of exquisitely high quality. The oils we use are 17 times more powerful than any other anti-oxidant and are from Morocco. 

Or simply choose to let the warm jets of the Hydrotherapy Bath melt your tensions away, or float into deep relaxation in our Dry Floatation Chamber.
