Reserving your Reception

How to Reserve

After you have viewed our facilities and decided to hold your wedding with us, we will provisionally hold space for 14 days, after which we will require a deposit of €1000.00 and a signed copy of the form below which outlines our terms and conditions. Bookings can only be made by the Bride & Groom in person.  They can not be made or confirmed by any other person than the Bride & Groom.  Bookings taken in error from a person other than the Bride & Groom will be deemed null and void and the hotels facilities will not be made available for the date requested.  We will reply within 48 hours of receipt of your deposit confirming your reservation details and enclosing a deposit receipt.

Accommodation

On the wedding night, the Bride and Groom are accommodated in one of our luxury suites with our compliments.  We also offer bedrooms at a special rate for your wedding guests for a maximum of 15 rooms, subject to availability.  We will also provide one night rates and weekend rates, this can be discussed when you finalise your chosen date.  All residents have full use of the hotel’s facilities.

Terms & Conditions

  1. A non-refundable deposit of €1000.00 is payable along with a signed copy of this contract to secure your booking.
  2. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, notification must be sent in writing to the hotel in this instance your deposit will be forfeited. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without obligation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a function in the event of a booking been made by a third party or under false or misleading pretences or should any guests attending the function behave in an offensive or unruly manner or contrary to normal expected behavior.
  3. Approximate numbers should be given one month in advance and final numbers 48 hours in advance.  The final number is the minimum number you will be charged for on the day, should your numbers increase you will be charged accordingly.
  4. The final account must be settled in full before departure from the hotel by cash, cheque (with bankers card), bank draft or credit card (with authorization for full amount).
  5. Wines are sold on a sale or return basis, credit cannot be given for open bottles.
  6. Prices for food and wine on the attached list apply to 2007.
  7. All prices quoted include VAT at 13.5% and service.  Should the rate of VAT increase, the prices will vary accordingly.
  8. No food, other than the wedding cake may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises.
  9. It is the policy of the hotel to close the bar on time, a residents bar will be available and the hotel applies a strict residents only policy.
