Good for a girlie wknd!
 
We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the apts and they were a bit of a trek in the cold icy January weather but nice and clean! The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the waiting staff were ... superb and so obliging!! The Spa was great too= consistency with the massages and treatments we got were fab!! The reception staff were less than helpful and a had a bit of an attitude at times-but nothing that would put me off going again! really enjoyable ---

Our stay in the spacious and beautifully situated Carlton Hotel was extremely enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the meal was fantastic with excellent service, accompanied by a relaxing atmosphere. The value of this deal was great and I have recommended it to numerous friends. Well done to all!

Overall I could not fault the Carlton Kinsale. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and mannerly. The pool was clean. The restaurant & food were stunning. And the accommodation was second to none. A fantastic experience overall. I will pass on my experience wholesale to my family and friends. Thank you to all.

Hotel exceeded our expectations, we booked on dinner package with free stay. Room was fab, with great views of bay, even at this time of year it was great. Room was lovely and clean, bathroom was ... spotless! - well done to accommodation team. Dinner was great, gentleman serving us was very professional and pleasant. Food was lovely - great value for the price, when we got to dessert there was not enough room to eat it all. Leisure Centre was very good - we went for swim twice and enjoyed it. We will definitely return at later stage. Thank you and well done to all team. ---

We absolutely loved the Carlton Kinsale. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was beautifully decorated with anything we may have needed and the grounds surrounding the hotel are worth a wander. In ... terms of location, you will need a car to get into Kinsale town. I've been recommending this hotel to anyone who will listen. Exceptional service at the Oysterhaven View Restaurant and the food was by far the nicest meal I've had in a while. Would recommend this hotel and hopefully I'll be going back there very soon. ---

This hotel is absolutely excellent - the staff were fantastic and were there to offer help and assistance in every way. A lot of hotels around the Country could take a few lessons on customer care from ... the staff in the Carlton in Kinsale. - they were brilliant in every way . Nothing was a bother to them. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it. Will definitely be coming back. ---

Wedding at Carlton Kinsale
 
We stayed at the Carlton Kinsale Hotel and CSpa with approx 150 other guests for our sons wedding. We found the hotel staff so co-operative even though I had a no. of people to book in. The food and the ... meals were excellent as were the bedrooms. We were offered additional helping at every meal. The breakfast was excellent in the morning and we were delighted to get a discount by way of voucher when we booked the breakfasts the night before. Not one complaint was made and everything went so well despite the frost and snow outside. ---

Myself & my friend stayed here for a weekend before christmas & it was fabulous & I will be back & would recommend it to anybody, families, couples or singles. We had a great stay here & I must say the spa was just lovely aswell, so relaxing & thanks to Tina for my lovely treatment. I'll be back to stay again.

Very enjoyable experience
 
Really enjoyed my stay in the Carlton. Staff very pleasant, spa lovely, dining room and food excellent. The bar is very dull and pokey, what a pity it doesn't have some character or some windows to provide a view. Everything else lovely.

Carlton Hotel, Kinsale
 
We had a totally relaxing stay at the Carlton. The room was warm and comfortable, with luxurious bedlinen and a deep bath, perfect for a long soak. The restaurant was superb. The service and food were both 5 star, with a menu offering lots of fresh local seafood and tempting desserts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it is somewhere I would definitely go again.
