check in was good but i found the arrival letter very informal explanation of the facilities would be so much better we were having to look around for everything. TV chanels very limited also the pool ...
area etc was not explained so we did not use it because it was outside the hotel rather than in. the food was good not much variety though. all staff were exceptional at their job so pleasant.the bar decor felt like a hall rather than a relaxing place to drink. I would return as it is a lovely hotel but some areas need improvement ---

Thank you for your e-mail and feedback regarding your recent visit. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. I have noted your comments about the welcome letter have discussed it with my Front Office manager with regard to revising this procedure. With regard to the television channels, we do provide an interactive television and internet service with a full range of up to date movies as well as music channels along with the regular terrestrial channels.
We do have plans to move and refurbish our bar in order to make better use of the wonderful views over Oysterhaven. It is a shame that you did not get to use our Leisure centre and C-Spa which is located within the hotel itself, directly below the reception area. Again, the location of this should have been explained to you at check in time, please accept my apologies for the lack of communication.
