During our stay my daughter was unwell. Your staff were very accommodating and helped us in every way possible. Kinsale is our favourite place in Ireland and, hopefully, we will be returning soon.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing .Staff very helpful and friendly. Taxi service was a great asset when going into town. We had the best of both worlds- relaxation and night life!!! Thank you!!

Just had a three night stay. We needed wheelchair accessibility for my husband and it was second to none. All staff members were friendly, helpful and observant. The food and service were excellent.

Stayed here for a night awhile back. Beautiful room, excellent service from reception to dining room. Exquisite food, lovely comfort, breathtaking scenery. Overall would recommend this to any age.

Unfortunately when we arrived the bar was under refurbishment which meant all were in the one restaurant area for eating, would love to go back again as we enjoyed the food and service.

I stayed for one night in January with my boyfriend for his birthday, the room was lovely and the staff were great. one big complaint! lots of renovating being done at the time. was met by a wheelbarrow ...
full of rubble in the hall way after checking in! also just things like chipped paint and missing skirting, that kind of ruined it for me, made the trip feel less special for a four star hotel! food was delicious and the entire break was incredibly reasonable. ---

May I apologise if our renovation work detracted from your stay with us, we did make every effort to ensure disturbance was kept to a minimum. I would hope that this would not put you off returning to the Carlton Hotel Kinsale again and would be delighted to welcome you back so that you may experience the finished product of our renovation work as well as our new menu offering in the Rockpool bar 7 restaurant.

Would highly recommend this hotel,it is a bit away from the town but there is a mini bus service which runs up until around midnight staff were very friendly,food was fantastic, great service all round,beautiful surroundings,room was comfortable and very modern would definitely stay here again

spotlessly clean, with lovely decor and warm, most relaxing and comfortable surroundings. We also enjoyed the delicious and large breakfasts each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely and the staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and most helpful. On one of the mornings we took a smashing walk around the grounds from the rock garden and bridges to the vast beauty of the bay. The hotel was only a short drive from Kinsale another little gem. All in all we spent a most enjoyable stay in the Carlton Kinsale Hotel & C Spa. Thank you sincerely to one and all. ---

I was proud to be Best man for a recent wedding held in the Carlton. Nice location, Lovely ambiance, outstanding food and a very professional service. Everything was catered for so well (including my own nerves). We'll definitely be back for the next wedding !!!

We had a pleasant stay in the Carlton, having had difficulty with the rooms on the first night we were moved to a garden suite on the second. The leisure centre is lovely, we felt there was no atmosphere in the Bar area. The grounds could do with some maintenance.

I am glad to see that the problems you had with your room were dealt with in a timely manner and did not detract from your stay with us. I take on board your comments on our bar area and we have looked at the background music and lighting in this area with the view to improving the atmosphere. We have a property maintenance company now on board also in order to keep the grounds tidy and manicured.
